Delivery Time: Standard shipping is 3-7 business days within the United States.

Shipping Cost: Calculated at checkout based on your location.

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships.

International Shipping: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon.

Returns & Exchanges

Damaged Items: If your earrings arrive damaged, contact us within 14 days at sales@greentreejewelry.com and we will send a replacement at no cost.

Wrong Item: If you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately and we will make it right.

Change of Mind: Because our earrings are handmade awareness items crafted from recycled paper, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Every pair is made with purpose.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale orders include free shipping, a free display rack, and 100 USA-made pairs. Wholesale is available through Faire.com or by emailing sales@greentreejewelry.com.
